Procedures and Policies

Please read carefully the below requirements prior to sending goods

Step 1 – Apply/申请

1.1 Prior to sending goods please contact our staff in New Zealand to request a quotation and other relevant details. The quotation should include sent by post to email address specified by the owner of the goods, any quotations received by other means will not be considered.
1.1 发货前请联系我公司新西兰工作人员索取报价和相关信息。报价需以邮件形式 发到货主指定邮箱,任何其他方式获得的报价不作为参考。

1.2 After receiving a quotation, staff will send the owner of the goods a form for the transport services required and our policies. Please carefully read and sign our “procedures and policies” (and sign the bottom right corner of pages 2 and 3).
1.2 接受报价后,工作人员会给货主发一封含有相关运输服务所需要的表格和注意事项。麻烦您仔细阅读并签署我们的“操作流程和注意事项”(第二三四页的签名处在右下角)。

1.3 The owner of the goods must apply for a NZ Customs Client Code themselves. If you require our company to apply on your behalf, please contact our staff to obtain a quotation.
1.3 货主需自行申请 NZ Customs Client Code。若需要我公司代理申请,请联系工作人员索取报价。

Step 2 - Preparing/备货

2.1 Prior to goods entering the warehouse, you must provide information on the goods. Please fill out the “goods inventory” form. You can use the information already entered in the form as a template for you to fill in information.
2.1 在货物进仓库之前,您需提供一份详细的货物信息,请按照表格“货物清单“填写。表格中已填入的信息可以作为您填写信息的范本。

2.2 When the owner of the goods submits the goods inventory to the transport contractor, they must specify the product name, brand, material, quantity, size, weight and unit price. If there is any falsified, concealed or omitted information, then the owner of the goods shall be responsible for any customs penalties, detentions at port or any other responsibilities or penalties for the container.
2.2 货主在向承运人递交货物清单的时候,务必如实的注明货品名称、品牌、材质、数量,大小,重量和单价。如有谎报,瞒报,少报的情形,货主将承担此箱的海关处罚,码头滞留,以及其他相关的责任和处罚。

2.3 In order to ensure the goods can be swiftly delivered, all goods must be sent to our company’s Guangzhou warehouse or container transfer station within China and have a “warehouse entrance form “affixed to the outside. - If the owner of the goods chooses “less than Container Load” (LCL) then they must have the “warehouse entrance form” and the Owner Reference Code and Reference Number provided to you by our company, affixed to the outside packaging of each load. - If the owner of the goods chooses “Full Container Load” (FCL) then they must have the warehouse entrance form and the Owner Reference Code and Reference Number provided to you by our company, affixed to the outside packaging of each pallet or other transport load. The warehouse entrance form will be send to the email address specified by you.
2.3 为确保物品能顺利到达, 所有货品需发物流到我公司广州仓库或内陆集装箱转运站,并在物品外箱贴上“入仓单”。 若货主选择拼 箱运输(LCL), 则需要在每一批货物外包装贴上入仓单和我公司为您提供的货主编码和编号。 - 若货主选择整箱运输(FCL),则需要在每一个卡板或者其他组合包装外贴上入 仓单和我公司为您提供的货主编码和编号。 入仓单将随邮件发到您指定的邮箱地址。

2.4 In addition, the owner of the goods must also provide a copy of the logistics information for all goods. Please fill out the “goods received checklist”, using the information already entered in the form as a template for you to fill in information. The “goods received checklist “must be submitted before the first item of goods arrives in the Guangzhou warehouse. If you are late submitting the document, the Guangzhou warehouse will be unable to accept any goods. Thank you for your cooperation.
2.4 此外货主还需要提供一份所有货物的物流信息,请按照表格” 收货核对单 “填写,表格中已填入的信息可以作为范本。 “收货核对单”必须在您的第一件货物抵达广州仓库前提交,若因您个人原因的延期提交,广州仓库无法接受您的任何货物,感谢理解。

2.5 If the quantity of goods transported in a single shipment exceeds one, then in addition to the above information, you must also write or print the Reference Code and Reference Number provided by our company to every goods owner, and affix it to the outside of every box of goods.
2.5 如单次运输的货物件数超过 1 件,除了以上信息,还需手写或者打印上我公司专为每位货主提供的编码,编号和入仓单号,并贴在每一件物品外箱。

2.6 If the goods are wooden furniture (or the material contains wood) or are in wooden casing, we require prior notification in order to arrange for fumigation of the goods.
2.6 货物若是木质家具(材料含木材),以及木质包装的都需提前告知,以便安排熏蒸。

2.7 To prevent breakage, loss or leakage of goods during transport by sea, all packaging must be sturdy and complete. There must be no sharp objects protruding from the packaging, including nails, hooks or spikes etc. Packaging must be dry and must not smell of paint or have a strong odour. If the packaging uses wooden planks, they must not contain low-quality wood with bark or mildew present. If, due to packaging, goods are delayed at customs or require re-packaging, then the owner of the goods shall bear all responsibilities and penalties.
2.7 为防止货物在海上运输的过程中发生破裂,散失或者漏出,所有包装需坚固,完好。包装外表不能有突出的锐利物件,如 铁钉,钩,刺等。包装需整洁干燥,不 可有油漆或者其他异味。如若包含木条包装,不得使用带有树皮,霉点的劣质木条。若,因包装而造成报关延误或需要替换包装,货主将承担一切相关责任和处罚。

2.8 Fragile items that are not covered by insurance. All fragile items must have reinforced outer packaging. Our company bears no responsibility for breakages or crushing occurring during transport by sea.
2.8 易碎物品不在保险承受范围内。所有易碎物品,需加强加固外包装。若海上运输的过程中发生碎裂,破碎等情况,我公司不承担责任。

2.9All prohibited items will be rejected. Prohibited items are items which may not be shipped according to international law, and include the following categories: Animals, plants, liquids or powders Gold bars and silver bars, Fake or forged merchandise, or items which violate copyrights, Cash or currency, Dangerous goods, Narcotics, illegal items, hypnotic drugs or tobacco, Arms, weapons and ammunition, knive (including imitation knives), Corpses or bone ash, Pornographic material, Items which are illegal or prohibited by the governments of any locality
2.9 违禁品一律拒收。违禁品是国际法定规定不能运输的物品,分为以下几类: 动物、植物、液体、粉末、金砖、银条、假冒、伪造商品、盗版物品、现金、货币、危险品、麻醉品、非法物品、催眠药品,烟草、军火、武器弹药,刀具,(含仿真)、尸体、骨灰、色情物品等任何地方法律或政府所禁止运输的物品

2.10 Please specify or inform our staff of any high-value items prior to filling out the goods itinerary form.
2.10 单价高的物品在填写货物清单前需注明或提前告知工作人员。关的责任

2.11 All packages which are incorrectly or unclearly addressed, or send prohibited items, will be rejected and returned. Any return shipping costs shall be borne by the sender. If the sender does not require the items to be returned, they shall be destroyed no site. Any associated costs which arise must also be borne by the sender.
2.11 地址有误,不详或者 寄违禁品的包裹,一律拒收退回。退回的运输费用由寄件人承担。如寄件人不需退回,相关快件就地销毁,期间产生的任何相关费用也有寄件人承担。

2.12 If the owner’s goods are unable to be delivered to our company’s warehouse within one week, a warehouse storage fee of RMB ¥5 per square meter per day must be paid.
2.12如若货主的货物无法在一周内抵达我公司广州仓库,将需要缴纳逾期仓储费用:RMB¥5/立方米/天。

Step 3 - Transport and payment/运输 & 付款

3.1 After goods are boxed, staff will inform the owner of the goods by email of the ship loading date and estimated date of arrival.
3.1 货品装箱后,工作人员将以邮件形式告知货主上船日期, 预计到港日期。

3.2 Staff will contact you 2-7 days beforehand to by email to advise the exactarrival date of goods along with a tax receipt. After receiving this by email, please promptly contact New Zealand customer services to pay all fees. After our company has received payment, we will negotiate a delivery time with the owner of the goods. Our company can provide a delivery service. Exact costs depend on the type of goods, weight, delivery address and customer requirements.
3.2 工作人员将提前 2-7 天以邮件的形式通知确切的货物到港时间和含税发票,收到邮件后请及时联系新西兰客服缴清所有费用。我公司收到货款后,会与货主协商提货时间。我公司可提供派送服务,具体收费根据货物类型,重量,派送地址和客户要求而定。

3.3 The cost for the China to New Zealand container shipping line is determined by calculated volume. The minimum charge is 1 Cube meter and the weight limit is 500kgs per cube meter.
3.3 中国到新西兰海运航线拼箱服务费用按照货物体积计算,最低消费是 1CBM,不足 1CBM 按照 1CBM 计算,每立方限重 500 公斤。

Step 4 - Pickup/取货

4.1 After goods arrive at our company after inspection and quarantine at New Zealand customs warehouse, the owner of the goods shall pick up all goods on the agreed pick up date. If goods are detained due to the owner, costs will be charged according to the volume and weight of goods.
4.1 货品到达我公司新西兰海关监管检疫仓库后,货主需在协商的提货日期和时间将所有货品提走。若,因货主个人原因引起的滞留将根据货物体积和重量收取相关的费用。

4.2 Please check your goods when you come to pick up from our warehouse. Let us know if your goods have been damaged or lost. Our company bears no responsibility after goods left our warehouse.
4.2 请前来仓库取货的客人认真检查自己的货物, 如遇到和货物不符或者丢失, 损坏等情况, 请第一时间与本公司工作人员联系并确认. 货物离开本公司出现任何情况本公司均不承担任何责任.

4.3 If the owner of the goods is unable to pick up goods on the agreed pick up date, then storage at our company’s New Zealand ATF warehouse will be charged at NZD $5 per square meter per day.
4.3 如若货主无法在协商的提货日期将货物提走,我公司新西兰 ATF 仓库收取的仓储费用为 NZD$5/立方米/天。

4.4 If it is suspected that any goods contain prohibited items, our company has the duty to comply with New Zealand MPI and open any boxes for inspection.
4.4 若货品中疑似有违禁品,我公司有义务配合新西兰 MPI 开箱检查。

4.5 To ensure the swift, safe delivery of goods to their destination, the owner of the goods must carefully read the procedures and policies.
4.5 为确保货物顺利,安全抵达目的地,货主有义务仔细阅读操作流程和注意事项

If you have no objections to any of the above procedures and policies, please sign each page to show on agreement. If the above policies are violated during any stage of the transport process, the owner of the goods shall bear any associated penalties and responsibilities. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.

若对以上流程和注意事项无异议,请在每一页签名以示同意。若运输过程中有任何环节违反以上注意事项,货主将承担一切相关处罚和责任。我公司保留最终解释权。
